What does being a CA social policy worker involve?

Social policy work is a very important aspect of the work of the CAB. Social policy workers should have background knowledge of Social policy work, or will be trained as an adviser, in order to be able to recognize any social policy issues as they arise.

Collating evidence and completing Social Policy Forms and sending them to the Social Policy Unit.
