What does being a CA voluntary administrator involve?

Opening and sorting out the post according to bureau procedure.

Updating information. Every month each bureau receives an updating pack, an appointed person is responsible for carrying out the updates.

Typing letters etc. for the clients, advisers and managers.

Answering the admin telephone (not the advice line).

Reception work, informing clients of waiting times etc.
